Parkinson’s Disease: How to Improve your Gait using Novel Therapies

Dr. Gunawardane is the Director of Neurology at the Center for Brain and Neuro Care in Fulton, MD. She is an assistant professor at the University of Maryland, where she completed her Neurology Residency and her Fellowship in cerebrovascular disease. She will give a general overview of Parkinson's Disease with a focus on novel therapies, such as Apokyn, that can be used to improve the Gait of a Parkinson's patient.
